The crystal clear mountain water for Snoooze originates in the Alpine glaciers of Austria.
Snoooze is produced at a milk & bottling co-operative in the “Ennstal”, a mountain valley in the Austrian Alps with the river “Enn” at its base. Snoooze does not contain any milk though. Instead it’s a mix of natural herbs and water.
Each of the carefully selected natural herbs in Snoooze® – Valerian, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, and Lime Blossom – has well-known sleep-inducing effects. In their combination, however, the herbs promote natural sleep by supporting your natural sleep cycles.
The sugar content in Snoooze® is low and represents only 3% of the recommended daily intake. Snoooze® contains a little sugar for the same reason as your grandmother advised you to take a “warm milk with honey” before going to bed. The honey is also sugar of course. And the reason your grandmother advised to take a little was because that little bit of sugar induces your brain to produce sleep inducing, natural hormones. In short, a little bit of sugar helps you to sleep faster & better.
Snoooze is for healthy, adult people, who want to improve their sleep quality and sleep duration. Especially in times of stress. Alcohol does not help when you want to improve your sleep quality. It might sometimes help to fall asleep, but it certainly does not contribute to a healthier sleep. So, we don’t recommend taking Snoooze® in combination with alcohol. Because Snoooze® was developed for healthy adults, we have no knowledge or research facts about how the natural herbs interact with other medication. In general, we would advise you ask a trusted health-care professional before combining medications.
Snoooze®, Natural Sleep Drink is an herbal dietary supplement, aiming to help healthy adults to improve their sleep quality and sleep duration. “Let us not talk about the sleeping problem, let us talk about how great we feel when we’ve slept well and what we can do to achieve it.”
*We do not like to admit it, but it is what it is: Sometimes, we are stressed and we can’t fall asleep, knowing that we need sleep. This happens especially when we have big plans or the next day, which can stress us even more. If we finally do fall asleep, the stress wakes us up at night. We look at the clock, get up, lie down and the cycle continues, not finding sleep. The stress makes it difficult to have a good night’s rest. The next morning, we feel tired and unfocused. And we know we could feel better if we’d only slept well.
*Realizing that I am not the only one. Realizing that 7 out of 10 working adults regularly have these types of nights and days were the trigger for developing Snoooze! Since then, I have searched around the world for a natural sleep aid that could give me happy days without side-effects. We researched, analyzed and collected countless sleep studies. And we tried hundreds of sleeping aids. The result: we can help people to sleep better and be happier the next day, naturally.
*The effect of the individual ingredients, used in Snoooze®, are scientifically proven. In below, please find a selection of clinical studies, outlining the benefits of the herbs in Snooze®.

*We decided to use “carton-cans” because this packaging material is more environmentally friendly, more natural and more lightweight. Aluminum, plastic, or PET packaging were out of the question from the beginning.
*Compared to aluminum and PET packaging, Snoooze cans are more environmentally friendly and have a lower carbon footprint. Therefore, the carton cans were also certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, recognized as environmentally friendly and therefore allowed to bear the FSC seal.
*Sleep is undoubtedly essential for us to live healthy & happy. Our body regenerates during sleep, and much more so than during mere physical inactivity. The cells refuel their energy stores and rebuild. At the same time, free radicals, are rendered harmless during sleep and damaged cell components are repaired. Other essential functions of sleep include the consolidation of memory and the processing of the day’s experiences. Deep sleep and so-called REM sleep are essential for these functions. Missing out on enough sleep leads to sleep deficit and can have sever effects on our health.
*Therefore, sleep should be a priority in our lives if you want to perform better, and stay healthier…
*It is generally recommended to sleep 7 to 8 hours a day. To make sure you feel rested the next day and ready to perform. In America, adults usually sleep less.
*The sleep needs of every individual are different and depend on individual and social circumstances as well as on hereditary factors and/or on regular physical and mental strain/stress levels.
*However, the duration of sleep also has a socio-cultural component. For example, US studies have shown that average sleep duration decreased by 1.5 to two hours over the past 50 years. It is probably no coincidence that sleep related disease frequency has increased significantly over that same time-period.

Sleep strengthens our mind, our stamina and our physical performance. Enough, quality sleep improves memory capacity, increases reaction times, improves the mood, stimulates creativity, and helps us stay slim. And last but not least, it strengthens our immune system, so you can go do what you love to do!
*In several large-scale studies, it has now been shown that people who sleep an average of 7 hours a day have a lower risk of disease (including cardiovascular disease, stroke, and coronary heart disease, diabetes, and breast cancer). Additionally they have longer life expectancy, as compared to people with lower sleep quality and duration.
*In short: Relaxing, adequate sleep can prolong life!
*It’s not possible to make up for lack of sleep. Once you have sleep deficit, it takes some time during which you should sleep longer regularly to be able to regenerate body & mind naturally. Therefore, make sure you plan a good night’s rest in advance. Here are some helpful tips if you want to improve your sleep quality:
-Do enough exercise during the day
-Only take light meals in the evening, so that the digestive system comes to rest
-A warm full bath in the evening helps to relax
-Ventilate the bedroom well before going to bed and make sure it’s dark
-Always go to bed with positive thoughts. It’s so much easier to relax.
-Turn off electronic devices. The light keeps you awake longer. Rather read a book or take some herbs
*Take a Snoooze – the natural sleeping drink with soothing herbs to help you relax and fall asleep:
–Snoooze Regular – to fall asleep relaxed
–Snoooze Strong – if you want to make sure you’re perfectly rested for tomorrow

*Most working adults wake up feeling tired during the week. That is because most working adults experience work-related stress and therefore find it hard to fall asleep or sleep through the night. Tiredness, lack of motivation, diminished cognitive performance, and a weaker immune strength system are the obvious results of sleep deficit.
*Many other working adults need to regularly travel and suffer from sleep deficit because of jet-lag. Also, staying in a hotel often leads to bad sleep quality and sleep deficit.
*Most working adults are affected and don’t want to take pills. That’s why there is Snoooze® Natural Sleep Drink. Its herbs help promote sleep quality to reduce sleep deficit. Enjoy a Snoooze, 20-30 minutes before sleeping and you’ll have a wonderfully happy day tomorrow.
*Men seem to suffer a little more from lack of sleep than women. Women sleep a little longer but sleep much worse when they are at home.
*44% of women get 7 hours of sleep per night (men: 34%). Only 21% of women sleep 8 hours or more (men: 10%). Even more pronounced are the differences in sleep quality. 44% of women wake up at night often. For men, this is only 30%. Most women and men experience sleeping problems while traveling (58%), but 43% percent of adults do not sleep well at home either.

*Prolonged use of electronic devices (e.g., laptop, smartphone) in the evening or in bed can make it difficult to fall asleep. High room temperatures in the bedroom and stale air are just as detrimental. Shift-work can also lead to sleep deficit.
*A recent US study of 10-14 year old children showed that the mere presence of smartphones or TVs in the bedroom is associated with a shorter sleep duration (up to 21 minutes shorter per night)

Sleep deficit leads to “presenteïsm” (being physically present but not concentrated at work) and is associated with substantial workplace costs. In a 2011 national survey, researchers estimated that the US workforce loses about 11 days per employee annually in productivity which amounts to a total cost of $63 billion.
